The Oncoming Storm

"I don't know about me being unable to die... If my resurrection came from Erimalia and her powers don't reach here, it's possible whatever resurrection I might have been capable of is gone now," Yulia whispers, not wanting to alert the others as she responds to the voices statements.

"I'll... I'll tell them eventually, just... Not yet," she adds and then addresses the others.

"It seems we're heading towards the storm covered island," she says and the other three nod, looking towards the Ominous island.

After all of them ensure they've dressed and secured all their equipment, they set out, crossing the land bridge without issue and about halfway they are hit by sudden heavy wind and the pattering of cold rain against their bodies, but other than some discomfort it doesn't seem to affect them. They reach the island and looking up they can see the black storm cloud swirling violently above them. The water here is violent, powerful waves crash against one side of the island intermittently. In the distance there's a strange sight. A crumbling statue attached to the face of a cliff in the distance. The statue is worn and broken, but is clearly supposed to be Levateinn. The statue has fallen into disrepair though and there's an ominous feel to this whole area, what with the raging storm.

It feels cursed here.

Beneath the sound of the churning wind and pattering rain there's a quieter sound, difficult to hear through it, it sounds like someone singing, a mournful sad tune. The source is eventually spotted by Isalia who points to a figure, sitting on the shore, the waves crashing over her and hiding her almost completely from view. She's the one singing. From their current view all they can see is shiny, jet black hair covering her head as she looks out towards the statue, the waves covering everything else.

"What do we think? Friend? Enemy? Do we try to get her attention?" Cherchiel asks as they watch the woman, her hair where it touches the water, spreads outwards resembling an oil spill spreading through water.
