Risk it for video.

You dig through a box of old electronics and find the ring camera. You are moving quickly, rushing before they get home. You plug the camera in and wait for it to power on. It takes a while to power on, but everything seems to be working. Next you need to download an App. You wait impatiently as the download bar slowly fills.

"Come on, come on"

You know you are running out of time.

Finally the app is installed and you frantically try to turn on the camera with the app. Log in info, you can't remember your log in. A password reset eats up a other few minutes. This feature is for paid subscriptions. You rush to find your credit card and pay for a subscription. After which the app flashes a few times and says downloading required updates.

"Oh, come on!"

You peak out the window and don't see anyone yet. The club is already closed and you know they will be home any second.

A quick restart of the phone and voila, the camera shows a low quality night vision image. Now time to try and hide it in Bens room. You quickly look around and find a few angles that could see most of the room and bed. Unfortunately there is no perfect spot. It's not like you can just mount it to the wall. You have two choices. On a book shelf, held in position by the weight of a book. Or buried in a clothes hamper with the lense peeking out of the fake wicker pattern. You hear voices outside. You have to choice now or back out!
