Chapter 4 by CoolSoCool CoolSoCool

What does he find?

A maid?

Elm quickly whipped his head around in conjunction with the sudden sound only to find a person in a maid outfit. Wait no, not a person, not at all. He blinked quickly like he had sand in his eyes as he took in the strange sight of Zelda from the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild standing there. She looked down dismally at the dropped gardening tools on the floor, a bit flushed with embarrassment.

As he stared at her Elm found it weird how she looked exactly like her game self, to the point you could probably convince him that someone photoshopped her into his vision. But he knew much better, probably. At least from everything else he had seen.

"Oh dear, my bad" Zelda spoke out seeing him watch her. "Welcome to your new house, I think. May I help you in sir?" Elm squinted at her a bit more, she was calling him sir for some reason.

"You're Zelda," he asked out after a minute of silence. "Like from the game?"

"Um, I suppose so. That's what they told me at least" she said as she started picking up the gardening supplies. "Plus, you should know this right? You bought me." Elm had bought her? What was she talking about, wasn't buying people illegal? Mabey she was like a cosplaying service worker and just acting the part, it wasn't the biggest stretch of the imagination for the day.

"Yeah, I guess I bought you for the time for however long you are going to stay here," Elm said trying to play along with whatever was happening. Zelda's face fell immediately with a look of grim dread which she quickly passed back into a **** smile.

"Well that's fine, it's not uncommon right," she said through a fake smile and went to his car. Had he said something wrong? Elm hoped not. He watched her as she got to the trunk of the car and tried to open it in almost all the wrong ways for a minute.

"You do know I have to unlock it right," Elm asked her. Zelda stopped working on the trunk to slowly just gaze at him sheepishly. He walked up beside her and unlocked it. She quickly went to get the luggage that was apparently there. It wasn't a lot just two suitcases.

"Your other stuff is in the house and set up. That was what the moving people said" she spoke the last sentence more like a question, carrying the luggage into the house. "I also didn't get around to everything in the house, but as you can see it is rather big for just one Hylian like me."

"That's not a problem, I doubt I would ever need this much space anyways" Elm explained to her. She nodded with a bit of a sigh of relief. Inside the house, it definitely repeated that grand castle-like feeling on the inside with a dark oak wood build and a chandelier right in the first room of the house. Geez, this really was a fancy place.

She took his luggage and in turn him to where his room was, a big open grand master bedroom. It was so grand in fact it even had a king-sized bed that had curtains hanging on the spokes.

"So, how often do I pay you for your services," Elm asked as Zelda made her way out of the room. She paused and looked back at Elm confused.

"You bought me from RealDream. You already paid for me" she said in the same confused voice. "Also may I go back to tending to the garden?"

Elm nodded and Zelda took the last few steps out of the room, closing the door as she went. Okay, now he had more questions. What was RealDream and why would he have so many shares in it? He should look into it, though Elm was kind of interested in looking around the house a bit more.

What should he do?
