Alice couldn’t believe it as she opened the door and saw Tyler Rhodes actually standing there. He was the wide receiver for their high school and definitely one of the hottest guys next to the quarterback. Tyler was dressed in a nice shirt and jeans as he smiled and looked Alice up and down. “Wow, you look really pretty, Alice,” Tyler said.
“T-thanks,” Alice said. “You do too.”
“I look really pretty?” Tyler said.
Alice blushed. “N-no. I-I m-mean. You look good. You look… hot.”
Tyler grinned. “I’m just messing with you.”
Tyler wrapped an arm around Alice. “We’re going to have some fun tonight.”
Alice looked at Tyler and couldn’t help but blush as his red hair was swept back. “I’m open to options,” Alice said. “I’ve never… been on a date before.”
“A pretty girl like you? Really?” Tyler said.
Alice frowned. “You’re the only one in school who thinks I’m pretty enough to date,” Alice said.
Alice sat in the car as Tyler opened the door for her. “Well that’s going to change,” Tyler said with a smile.
Alice nodded. “I hope so,” Alice said as Tyler walked around and got into the driver’s seat.
He began to drive and Alice began to feel more relaxed.
