As the plane landed, the passengers all began to collect their carry-on luggage, knowing that those would be the only ones they needed for the one night stop in Las Vegas.
All except for Alexa. She did have carry-on, yes, but she had to ask a flight attendant earlier to put it up in the compartment before hand, much to her embarrassment. After her humiliating incident, Ginger had stored the backpack up in the overhead compartment herself.
And Alexa wasn't exactly keen on the smile that Ginger had on her face as her bully reached up to the overhead compartment...
"Okay, Sweetie, we're ready to go!" Ginger cooed mockingly as she grabbed her own bag from the compartment... Leaving Alexa's backpack behind!
"W-wait! My backpack!" Alexa cried out as Ginger unbuckled the baby seat and lifted her up by the armpits and placed the little woman on her hip, carrying her like a mother would carry their own toddler. "What about my backpack?!"
"Oh, don't worry, Baby Lexi." Ginger said with a giggle, a wicked grin on her face. "We'll be sure to get you a new diaper bag before we get to our hotel."
Alexa could only let out a whimper as Ginger carried her towards the exit of the plane. That backpack had her phone, her ID, her wallet, a few extra diapers and supplies; her clothes!
And she was now getting father and farther away from them by the second...
