A proposal from the Mother

Lana: Have you guys seen that too...?!

Ranvi: Yes, it's unbelievable! They have killed every Nightsister on Dathomir...! How could they...?!

Drek: What do you mean? I have seen Sidious fighting a Jedi girl...

Lana: Hm, it seems we have all seen different glimpses from the future... Let's share what we saw!

You tell each other the things you have seen, neither of them are futures you would want to become a reality.

Ranvi: We must not let that come to be...!

Abeloth: I could grant you the power to avoid those outcomes. All you have to do is release me.

Ranvi: Can you prevent the elimination of my family...?

Abeloth: Yes, none of them will be hurt by the droids in your vision.

Drek: Hold on, aren't you going to destroy the galaxy once you are freed...?

Lana: Right, what would we gain if we released you and you destroyed everything instead?

Abeloth: Once free, I will hold the power to destroy or spare anything or anyone. As a sign of good will, you all could select a planet or species, that I am going to spare. Otherwise, I will devour them all 60 years later. The decision is yours.

Ranvi: Could you truly spare my planet...?

Abeloth: I will be the supreme being in the galaxy, like a goddess entering the real of mortals. My will will become the new reality.

Lana: Ranvi, don't listen to her...!

Ranvi: But she could save them!

Drek: Maybe, but at what cost?!

Lana: We will find an other way! Anything is better than destroying the whole galaxy!

Ranvi: And what if we can't find an alternative...?! I cannot let everybody at home die when I have the means to avoid their deaths!

Drek: Ranvi, you cannot sacrifice the galaxy just to save 1 planet! What would you be doing afterwards...? You would be stuck on Dathomir, maybe the planet would change so much due to the whole galaxy changing around it that it would no longer be habitable! Think about it!

Ranvi: The clan would ensure the survival of the planet through our magic!

Lana: If so, they could have used it in your vision too, to prevent the invasion you saw... Even your sisters aren't almighty with their magic, they have their limits!

Abeloth: But I would have no limits out there. It would take less than a second to save them. As for you two, I could save the Jedi from their extermination too. All the people you love and care about, could survive the destruction of the galaxy. I do know what it feels like to lose all the people you loved and cared about... I will not let anybody feel that way ever again. You could be kings, gods, whatever you wish to be in your new societies. I would hold the key to it all.

Ranvi: Guys, I know this is a hard decision to make... But we must accept her proposal...! For my clan...! For the Jedi to survive this...! There doesn't seem to be an other way!

Drek: There is always an other way! We can't even comprehend the power we are about to unleash here! If we are mistaken and she betrays us, we will have no means to stop her! What would prevent her from turning her power against us and not keep her promise?

Ranvi: I see we will not come to an agreement about this Drek... Let Lana decide!

Drek: Very well. So Lana, what would it be? Free her or let her remain imprisoned?

Lana: Hmm...
