Samantha was there as a customer, and she specifically requested Amy to serve

It was odd to have been requested specifically to be someone's server. Her boss, Emily, had made it clear, though, that Amy was to be as gracious and obedient to her customers as possible. Emily, a bit like her parents and teachers, seemed to constantly think that Amy needed to be taught a lesson about something- responsibility, caution... who could tell? She'd learned one thing, at least- to listen to what Emily told her.

"Hi, and welcome to Starducks, can I-"

"Hey, Amy."

Amy stopped talking and gawked at the person who had asked to be served by her- Samantha, her rival at school. Samantha had an infuriating habit of being just a little bit better than Amy at everything and flaunting it at her. Worse, while Amy's addiction to strip games was not exactly a secret, Samantha seemed to know better than anyone how to goad her into playing and getting in over her head with the bets.

"Wh- Samantha! Who... who told you I worked here?" Amy sputtered.

"Oh, you know, word gets around. I thought you could fetch me a coffee... and then join me for a little strip game."

"You're on!" Amy exclaimed, ever eager to get her revenge on Samantha. "Wait... at work? What kind of game?"

"Oh, don't worry about the 'at work' part. I've already talked to your boss, and she thinks it would be good for you. As for what game, well- you didn't ask! So I guess it will be a surprise. I think I placed an order, though... you do want to listen to your customers, don't you?"
