For the first time Liandra left the Kingdom of Luxius, and she was hardly inclined to just sit around and wait for her friend. She put on her most comfortable dress, and left the building. Not one servant stopped her on her way out, but Liandra was so excited she hardly found it strange.

The brightly colored lights once more guided the princess, but this time she wasn't in the nightmare driven carriage, she was walking on the street, side by side with these so called monsters, deviant races and Nocternian humans. Liandra had an obvious look of wonderment, and more then one bypasser seemed bothered by her open staring.

Liandra noticed Kendra´s slutty armor must actually have been quite conservative in this country, for many of the women here wore far more revealing attire. A tall amazon woman wore little more than large strips of leather to cover her sex and breasts. A female lupine wore just a leash. A huge breasted dark elf wore a dress of see through cobwebs, so thin its thread Liandra only noticed it was there when she moved. Then realization stuck here.

"You!" The dark elf turned to see the princess, and curticized as if it was the most common occurrence to meet royalty in a foreign country "Princess Liandra. So nice to see you here"

"What are you doing here? So good to see a familiar face!" The princess had so much to tell her about the trip, and the wonder of Nocternia.

"I am so glad you are enjoying yourself... you know, you should be dropping by my store today, we still had to talk about the remaining of the payment for the ring...ring that I just noticed you aren't using. Did it fail you somehow, princess?" The dark elf merchant had a small frown

"Oh. No, it worked perfectly. I will reward you heatedly, it is just that I don't have any gems with me now and..." The dark elf placed a finger over the princess lips "The ring, where is it?"

"I gave it to my father... he is the one wearing it now" the dark elf blinks several times, than burst laughing. Liandra didn't know what to say, so said nothing "Don't worry about it, Liandra, you don't own me anything. Now, what brings you to Nocternia?" Liandra briefly described her trip as accompanying a dear friend on her return home, but the lewd elven smile told her she didn't fool her for a moment.

"You know, Nocternia can be quite dangerous. Slavers, cultists, some of these races are maneaters... perhaps you would care to buy another magical item?" Liandra wasn't very convinced, but decided why not hear her out?

"I have a few items here that may interest you..."

"This is the ring of regeneration. It will allow you to recover from any wounds, even the mortal wounds. It has a curse..." Of course it would, Liandra just smiled at the merchant "... a kiss will turn you into whatever form excites your partner the most at that moment. Also, because you are a virgin now, you wont be able to lose your virginity nor get pregnant"

"This is the ring of invisibility... It will keep you completely undetectable from whoever wishes you ill, they wont be able to see nor hear you. The curse " The princess rolled her eyes, these curses weren't even shocking her anymore "is that you will always bend to your true love´s will, even putting your life in danger if he or she so requires."

"And last, but not least... the ring of the berserker. It will grant you strength, agility and endurance depending on what is your spirit animal. It will also let you acquire your spirit animal shape. It doesn't have a curse" Liandra was taken aback "uh? it doesn't have a curse?"

"No, it doesn't. This ring wasn't made with magic from the Goddess of Magic... it was crafted from the dwenor of the goddess of the hunt. What can happen is that you gradually become more and more like your inner animal, so maybe you will get a hare´s sex drive, but that is your own choice depending on how much you rely on the ring´s power."
