Psychic psychiatrists

John doe was a Psychiatrist who specialized in super villains and heroes he had recently been promoted to the head of the Psychiatric department at Gotham state and has been working with Arkham Asylum more specifically Harleen Quinzel he had never met her but he had heard what happened to the woman and wanted to help her, and thanks to his powers or would be a lot easier.

John was a metahuman with Psychic ability he could read infiltrate and manipulate someone's mind now he wasn't super powerful he couldn't make someone do something against their will entirely at first but over time he could make someone do anything but it took time to build the psychic connection and if they realized they could break it off.

Today was the 50th session he had had with Harley they had been meeting twice a week for some time.

"Honestly Doc I don't get you most quacks hear don't even last a week with me if they are even willing to meet with me but here we are at 50," Harley asked.
