Not a chance

Florian and Iono walk out to the arena in the middle of town. Iono feels very worried though she tries her best not to show it in front of her fans, both the ones in real life and the one's watching her stream. She repeats her her beginning of stream catchphrase before the battle starts. "'Ello 'ello, hola!!!! Ciao and bonjour!!!" She announces to everyone. "It's time to start the fated battle against this perverted challenger who's got all the smarts. But does he have what it takes to put his knowledge to the test? I hope he doesn't but that's see what he's got!" Florian walks up to the middle of the court, then both of them take steps back to get into throwing positions.

"Go Kilowattrel!!!!" Iono shouts, and out comes said Pokemon. Florian saw through her trick and sent out his Baxcalibur, which resists electric and is an ice type, which Kilowattrel is weak to. "Oh dear, you're starting out strong are you friendo?" She says while shivering in fear. "Uh, use Air Slash!!!" Kilowattrel goes and lands an Air Slash on Florian's Baxcalibur. It takes the hit like a champ because it's a pseudo-legendary and all and Florian announces his first move.

"Baxcalibur, charge up with Dragon Dance!!!" And so Baxcalibur complies with Florian and lets out a mighty roar to charge up. Iono starts to noticably lose her cool. While this doesn't make Bax faster than the Kilowattrel yet, Iono suspects that 1. she's fucked and 2. Florian is gonna Dragon Dance sweep with this Baxcalibur. And so about six more turns go by with Kilowattrel's Air Slashing, and missing at one point, and Bax's Dragon Dancing plus a Max Potion having been used. Iono realizes maybe she should try to paralyze this thing if she can get the chance, but that's a big if.
