"There you are." Spoke a hollow voice from behind Naruto, causing him to practically jump out of Hinata's skin.

Petrified that he had been caught, Naruto shakily turned around. The source of the voice belonged to Neji, Hinata's dark and broody cousin.

"I've been looking everywhere for you Hinata. Lord Hyūga has been demanding your presence. Immediately."

Naruto sighed in relief, thankfully it seemed Hinata's cousin hadn't discovered his ploy. Meaning at least he hadn't been caught, yet.

"Oh! Neji....Man, you scared me!"

Neji raised an eyebrow. "Are....You feeling alright Lady Hinata?"

"Fine, why?"

"You're acting...different..."

Naruto mentally slapped himself across the face. If he went around acting like he normally did disguised as Hinata, he was bound to get caught easily. Thinking of a quick excuse, he smoothly got into a more fitting character for Hinata.

"I-I've...Just b-been feeling a little sick after the m-mission..."

Neji blinked once then cocked an eye. "Ah..."

Naruto prayed that he'd bought that and continued. "S-so, f-father needs me?"

"...Right."

A sudden dread thought sparked through the pranksters brain. He didn't know where the Hyūga mansion was!

"Okay...I-I'll just be going n-now..."

"...Alright..."

Naruto tried to take a few steps back before turning around down the street.

"Hinata."

Naruto yelped. "Y-yes?"

"The mansion is that way..." Neji pointed to the road behind him with his thumb.

"O-oh...R-right...My m-mistake...Thank you N-Neji..."

Naruto awkwardly played with his thumbs as he walked past Neji. The brooding boy didn't bother to look up and just crossed his arms. When he was sure "Hinata" was out of ear shot, he mumbled to himself.

"Yeah...Something is definitely up."
