Leo Todd is a balding, older man nearing his retirement. Your bank recently changed back-end systems and it’s a 50/50 shot whether he just needs help with the technology or whether he actually has something for you. In this case, he actually has a project. You’ll be putting together a team to improve outreach to potential first time home buyers based on demographics and buying patterns. You’ll need 2-3 people and building your team is fully at your discretion. Leo recommends a few names, but otherwise it’s all you.
