Jake was hoping for more.

The next day Jake waited till the afternoon before knocking the door of the Fujiwara apartment, he was wondering if his concoction had started taking affect yet, in theory even if they were they shouldn’t be feeing any different till he is around and going by the animal testing they should be more affectionate to him, so Jake was very interested to see how that will be in humans.

Rin opened the door after a little while, “Ahh Jake come on in Sakura is waiting for you in her room she has been looking forward for this I feel she has a lot of questions to throw at you, so I hope you are ready” she says to him as she greets him with a lovely smile. “I will be getting dinner ready for around 18:00 I hope you will join us it is the least I can do for you taking some of you time to help Sakura” she leads him into the apartment “that is Sakura’s room just there, can I get you anything to drink?”.

“I am good thank you, and I will be happy to join you guys for Dinner thank you so much for offering.” Jake said in reply as he knocks on Sakura’s door.

“Come in” he hears from inside, so he enters. Inside he sees a very girly room with Sakura sitting to one side at a desk working away.

“So, what do you want to learn today? You have me as long as you want for the rest of the day so use me as you will” Jake says in a joking voice.

Sakura jumps in her chair in surprise and quickly swings around, “you’re here, I can’t believe it thank you thank you, part of me just thought you were just saying you will help me but here you are, please take that chair there I’ve got lots of questions” she says excitedly. Jake just smiles at her and get the chair she indicted and sat next to her.

All afternoon they sat there Sakura asking question after question making sure the understood everything she could. Jake did not notice any difference in her behaviour, she was as focused on her work than ever. As it got closer to 18:00 he did notice her starting to shift a lot on her chair like she was uncomfortable and one arm kept dropping below the desk to her lap, Jake though nothing of it due to as soon as Rin called for them food was ready, Sakura excused herself to the bathroom and rushed off once they left the room. She must have really needed the toilet he though to himself as he went to the table to join Rin.

“It’s not much I just made Chicken and rice with some salad, I hope you like it, how has the tutoring been going?” Rin says as he sits down.

“The tutoring has been going fine, she is doing very well she knows a lot of it already I feel she just needs someone to confirm it for her. Ahh this will be lovely thank you, it will be much better than the ready meals I am used to” Jake replies

“Ah good then, this will do you a lot of good, who knows what you’re putting in yourself with those ready meals” Rin jokes and smiles at him, “where is that girl what is taking her so long” Rin looks back towards Sakura’s room when saying this

“She seemed to really need to the toilet she rushed off when you called for Dinner, Ahh here she is” Jake says as Sakura sheepishly walked towards the table blushing at him as their eyes connect.

Jake enjoyed the Dinner it had been a while now since he ate a meal with other people. They just made small talk though the meal, Jake explained how he was currently out of a job but was fine for money due to all his investments. Jake did notice that Sakura seemed shyer now they were all together kept blushing at him when he looked her way but did join in the conversation.

After the meal was done Jake offered to wash up, “no no you’re a guest you shouldn’t” Rin said, “I can and I will, you spent your time making that lovely meal I will tidy up” Jake joked back picking up everyone’s plates. Rin just blushed and smiled at him as he reached over to get her plate, “Fine then if you’re so sure I will dry up” she says getting up following him to the sink.

Jake was enjoying all of this he felt like he was part of their family as he stood there washing up. There wasn’t much to do, and they were done in no time, he did knock into Rin a few times as they stood next to each other working, she did not seem to mind just smiled and blushed at him as they worked.

“Right then that’s all done, I will be going now, shall we do this again next week unless you want to do it sooner?” Jake asked them both while standing at there front door.

Sakura stood there thinking “Are you able to come over on Saturday and if possible, Sunday as well?” she asked quietly and also looked at her mom.

“If Jake is ok with coming over both days, I’m ok with it” Rin said smiling at Sakura

“It should be fine; I will not mind if there is food involved again” Jake said smiling at them both.

“Of cause there will be as I said it’s the least I can do to pay you for your time thank you again for doing this for Sakura” Rin says walking forward and hugging him.

This took Jake by surprise but soon wrapped his arms around her, “no problem and any time I will be seeing you both on Saturday” Jake says a little shocked by holding the beautiful woman, Rin lets go and back up a little blushing as she smiles at him.

“Thank you so much, this will help me so much” Sakura says excitedly and rushes forward and hugs him also.

“Wow getting hugged by two beautiful ladies I can very much get use to this; you can be sure I will be here again on Saturday if this is what I’m getting” Jake says jokingly as she lets go at him blushing as she looks at him smiling. He leaves as they wave him off and he returns to his place. He was over the moon, other then the hugs at the end of the nights he did not notice anything he would count as different in their behaviour and even the hugs could be explained away, but he had enjoyed the evening anyway and looked forward to seeing them in two days’ time.
