He gets hired by a brothel with some help

Deku gets to work doing research. To maximize income he'd have to sell his own body and let people use him as they see fit, fetish work pays more so he has to be willing to let people do weird or **** things to him. But finding enough customers on his own is a concern. He looks up sex clubs close to campus that are hiring. He finds one called 'Twinkling stars' and looks into it.

"Looking for attractive young men for night work. Good pay rate, like I thought if I'm willing to do fetish work I can earn more. I just need to make sure they hire me. Wait does that say... oh that might change things." He had pulled up who the managers are but instead sees a picture and it's none other than his teacher Nemuri Kayama, the R-rated hero Midnight.

"She could make sure I get hired. She does tend to be loose with her morals so she might not object if I tell her what this is all for. Yeah this is worth the risk." He thinks over how he will talk with her about all this and sends an email to set up an after school meeting before heading off to bed.

The next day he waits until his classes are over and meets with Midnight in his homeroom class.

"So what is this important matter Midoriya-kun?" Midnight asks him.

"I want to start working at Twinkling Stars." He replies.

Midnight blinks "I must say I was not expecting any student to ask me that. Let alone you, I was certain it wouldn't be your interest. Why do you want to work there of all places?"

He explains the situation with Uraraka and her tuition.

"Well I'm glad you want to help another student but are you sure this is how you want to do it? Working at a gay sex club?"

"Wait, a gay sex club?" He's shocked to hear this, on the site he focused more on the technical info and did not check that.

"Well of course, what did you think Twink means? You certainly have the body type for it. All the customers there are guys that want to fuck twinks like you."

Deku panics "I didn't know it was a gay club, maybe there's another-"

She cuts him off "It's the only one I have that's hiring. If you really want to commit to this then it means you'll be having gay sex with customers. to be fair it does pay more than if it were a hetero sex club."

He thinks it over 'I'm not gay! But if I don't do this Ochaco will suffer. As long as I'm doing it for her it's not really that gay right? Right. As long as I keep her in my heart I won't really be gay, just a straight guy doing what he has to.'

He responds confidently "I'm committed to this. I won't let her give up her dream. I'll take any position you have available there."

Midnight smiles "I admire that determination, I'm sure you'll be the club favorite there in no time. The position is..."
