Chapter 3
by reaper13
Just one question, which place should she go to?
She asks advice from the gods
Liandra was strong of faith. She had always believed in the wisdom of the gods, so if anyone would have the perfect answer for her, it would be them.
There was a shrine dedicated to them not too far in the woods.
When she neared the shrine she heard some sound from it. She quickly hid amongst the trees.
She saw a man at the shrine, but he wasn’t praying. He was taking away the offerings the people had made towards the gods. He was taking everything, the fruit, meat, bread, even a bottle of wine, as well as several copper and silver coins. Everything people had left as an offering to the gods of the light. Why would he do that? Maybe he thought somebody left it there out of charity. Perhaps he didn’t know it was meant for the gods.
Should Liandra tell him he should stop? Or will she allow him to get away with his crime?
