Excited energy

You open the door and walk inside, unsure what to expect. The room you step into is larger than you expected, and very utilitarian. It’s more a small warehouse space than anything, with crates along one wall and shelves in neat rows. There’s several doors lining the back wall, each with a green light above them. A man with a clipboard nods as you close the door, and jots down a note. Without a word to you, he turns and walks away, pressing a button on a nearby control panel. A buzzer sounds, and you hear a clank as one of the doors open, the light above shutting off.

You’re confused for a moment, until a figure emerges from the doorway. You immediately understand that this must be the Hybrid. You weren’t sure what she would be like, but you never expected this! Stepping out into the room is a woman that seems to have stepped straight out of a fantasy realm. She looks at you for a moment, and then a big smile spreads on her pretty face.

She’s…a harpy? Her arms are black-feathered wings, with clawed hands. Her lower legs are also covered in feathers, and she has clawed, bird like feet as well. Beyond that, she doesn’t wear much to hide her body. She’s petite and thin, smaller even than Emi, though her breasts are larger. Her bare stomach has markings, possibly tattoos, though they don’t appear to have a meaning that you understand. Framing her smiling face is a head of sea green hair, and you see the points of long ears poking out from beneath. Her wide, reddish eyes sparkle with excitement as she half runs, half flies over to you.

“Hi-hi! I’m excited to meet you, yes-yes! Your Andy, right-right? The masters told me you’d be here!”

You blink in surprise, both at her excitement and at her mannerisms. She bounces on her toes excitedly, looking up at you expectantly. After a moment, you come to your senses.

“Uh…yeah, that’s me. And it looks like I’m bringing you home with me.”

Her feathers rustle as she claps her hands. “Yay-yay! I can’t wait! And you’re so handsome, I’m so lucky, yes-yes!”

She springs forward, wrapping her arms (wings?) around your waist in a hug, and resting her head on your chest. Unsure how else to react, you stroke her head with your hand. You see her smile wider, and she looks up at you again.

“I like you already, yes-yes! Living with you will be fun-fun!”

She lets go and does a little twirl, her skirt flaring and showing off her shapely legs. You even get a glimpse of her panties, but she doesn’t seem embarrassed in the slightest. If anything, the flush on her face shows that it was intentional.

You chuckle. “You certainly seem energetic! Is there anything you need to know before we go?”

She shakes her head. “Nope-nope! I’m happy-happy just going with you, yes-yes!”

You chuckle. Her speech patterns are certainly adorable. “Well, before we go, I feel like we should give you a name.”

She claps her hands again, bouncing up and down. “Yes-yes! I would love-love that!”

You smile. “Do you have a preference?”

She shakes her head. “Nope-nope! I’m sure whatever you pick will be great-great!”

She looks at you, clearly excited, but remains quiet, only fidgeting slightly as she waits. You look back at her for a moment, then nod. “How about…”
