Forward

The pack is divided into five groups, with your group attacking first. You are supposed to break into the enemy base, separate once inside, and create as much havoc as possible. Then Edward comes in, bulldozing everything in his path. Hopefully, the enemy will split to hunt after your group, giving him an advantage.

Adriana's job is to hold the back lines, provide a safe path to escape, and buy time to regroup should reinforcements come in. Finally, Darius was assigned the **** job, which requires him to locate his targets, who are scattered throughout the city, and kill them one by one.

While his group is spread out and covers the largest area, it is also the safest since he gets to go in, make the kill, and get out.

Sometimes bootlicking your boss has its advantages. Your job is easily the most dangerous, but they made no effort to hide that fact, so you at least got to prepare, knowing the reality of the situation.

The last group is made up of the auxiliary forces that will stay at the cabin, providing a base of operations where you can come back and regroup if anything goes wrong. No one is exempt from the mission, with the bigger kids running around distributing resources while the smaller ones hide in the basement.

Mia gives you each some **** to boost your werewolf abilities, while Anna gives you magical items to protect you.

"This will protect you from one fatal shot, but it will not create miracles!" she says as she plants a talisman on your heart.

"Sure sounds magical to me..."

"Funny... NEXT!" She pushes you away as she repeats the actions with the next guy.

"Will this even work?" You go to Jenny and see her poking the talisman with her fingers.

"We'll just have to trust her. She knows what she is doing."

"She looks tired as hell."

"It must be hard to make so many items..."

"What's important is to stick to the plan. Don't take reckless actions, and avoid confrontations that slow your momentum. "Our job is to confuse and cause chaos, not fight to the ****."

"Yes, yes, you've said that a million times."

You throw a glance at the guy who talked, making him lower his head, knowing that he shouldn't have spoken like that, but there is no doubt that everyone is probably thinking the same thing.

"Good, then let's go!"

As dusk hits and the sun starts to hide behind the horizon, you know it's time to attack. As this is a coordinated attack all over the country, the time of the day has no meaning. It remains to be seen if you can take advantage of the darkness. You could wait until the perfect moment, but then it would be the wrong time elsewhere.

You look from behind the cover at the research base and see some guards patrolling around.

When the time is right, you whistle, signalling the guys to move. They all move away from the cover and start running towards the facility. Having already transformed, you advance easily, quickly closing in on the enemy. Unfortunately, no matter how fast you are, you can't be invisible to the enemy.

The first thing you hear is the bang of a sniper. Then the yelling began.

"They're coming!"

"Go, go, go!" You encourage them as you lead the frontal attack.

*bang* *bang* *bang* Gunshots sound from multiple directions.

"In the trees!"

"Cover me!"

You continue to run, avoiding the bullets and not forgetting to eliminate those in your way. You eventually make your way inside relatively easily. You expected more of a response, but if this is all they have to offer, then you've got nothing to worry about.
