One of her criminal contacts told her that Atlas was keeping some experimental equipment in a hidden lab. She is on a neighboring roof observing the building. Emerald isn't in her normal outfit since she especially can't afford to get recognized while they are undercover so she is instead in the stealth outfit consisting of black pants, zip up vest, gloves and an eye mask.
The target building has multiple atlas troops on the ground but only one on the roof. Emerald grins as she uses her semblance on him to make herself invisible to him. She hops over to the roof and walks up to him, swiping his key card. She can't help but grin, her hallucination semblance lets her make someone see and hear whatever she wants but she can only ever do it to one person. She decides to have a little fun as se unzips her vest and pulls it open revealing her breasts.
She mocks him in her head. 'Ha! The only time a girl would do this for him and he can't even see it.'
She has her fun and zips her vest back up before using the keycard to enter the building, all the while the guard sees and hears nothing unusual. She descends into the building and activates a small disruptor Watts made to scramble the camera feeds. She won't have long though as they will notice the scrambling soon. She uses the keycard to get into the storeroom with the equipment.
