They made too much noise.

Ash's fun was causing a lot of noise, and in the room beside them, Iris could not get any sleep. She was trying to prepare for her battle Dragon battle in Kanto against Clair to prove that she was the best dragon master in the world.

On her way to Johto she took a rest in this hotel, but she couldn't get any sleep because of all this noise. "This is ridiculous!"

Iris tried to wait it out, but after an entire hour, they didn't stop.

"I can't take this anymore!" Iris boomed, she stormed out of her room and went over to the other door.

*KNOCK* *KNOCK* *KNOCK*

"KEEP IT DOWN SOME OF US ARE TRYING TO SLEEP!"

Ash was surprised, he didn't know he was making so much noise. He carefully paused everyone and went to the door.

He cracked it open to see Iris wearing a nightgown that slipped down her shoulder.

"Ash!?"

"Iris!"

"What are you doing in here?" Iris pushed the door open, and gasped loudly at what she saw. She looked with a wide open mouth in shock at what was happening in the room.

"ASH KETCHUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Iris boomed, almost waking up the entire hotel.
