You doze off watching the movie

At first, you can't stop thinking of new ways to bust your stepbrother when he finally wakes up. However, even after an hour of waiting he doesn't move. You begin to wonder if maybe he's faking it at this point just to save himself from further testicular torment. A little over halfway through the movie, you doze off while thinking of the most painful and fun (for you) methods of ballbusting you can think of.

Sometime later, you wake up the sound of the shower running. The movie is long over and now long forgotten, as an idea forms in your head. You take a peek into the previous room to make sure its indeed your stepbrother in the shower. He's no longer in the spot he was laying ridiculously **** for hours, so its safe to assume your target has moved. You carefully walk up your stairs, careful to avoid his vomit, and sneak your way towards the door to your bathroom. You first put an ear to the door, and hear him groan from nut pain while cleaning himself from his earlier embarrassment. You quietly giggle to yourself, thinking it's hilarious that his testicles are still aching so badly even hours later, and slowly open the door. Thankfully the door to your bathroom opens silently and your stepbrother is unable to see you coming thanks to the non-transparent shower door. Sneaking your way over, you approach the back of the shower and again slowly, gently open it.

Your step brother is facing forward and doesn't suspect a thing. The hot water of the shower causing the bathroom to be filled with steam and causing your stepbrother's balls to hang low and loose. You could clearly see the results of your previous punishment as both orbs were swollen to be quite a bit larger than usual. He has one hand on the shower wall in front of him to support himself from falling over, clearly still in a lot of pain, and the other applying soap to himself. You pause for a brief moment to consider the endless nut-crushing possibilities.
