He hears the door opening and closing. He feels himself being carried through the corridors of the dormitory, but cannot tell where it is going. He looks at the girls confused, unsure of what is happening.

Momo: You must be confused as to what is happening. Izuku, we've determined that you're going to help us with a problem we all have, but first we're going to have to make you a little prettier.

Toru: In other words we will dress you up like a girl!

Izuku's eyes widen in shock as Tsuyu puts a finger on her chin.
