Did I look?
No
Allie had asked me not to look, so I didn't. I just kept reading my very boring book and occasionally glancing over at the Girl in the Window. (It's different, she hadn't asked me not to.)
She was still studying. She got up and left the room once, but came back a few minutes later. She was wearing grey jogging bottoms, the kind made of the soft, thick sort of material, which made it hard to get a view of her bum.
"Okay," said Allie eventually, "you can turn around now!"
She was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. Her hair was still slightly damp, already leaving wet patches on her shoulders, and she looked lovely.
