Well you've absolutely blown it.

You're kicked out of your house, and understandably Steven also moves out the next day with Gemma to spare your wife any more suffering. The incident becomes a massive scandal in your tiny town, where news travels fast and there is no shortage of gossipy housewives in supply. You're given nothing but the most loathsome looks by the women that recognize you, and although some guys quietly give you high-fives for nailing an absolute banger of a teen, they aren't exactly the kind of guys you want to be associated with. Steven was furious, of course. Although he was spared most of the details, you still defiled his daughter. And even though you could easily take him in a fight, you let him absolutely deck you when he confronts you, breaking your nose in two places.

You temporarily move into a dingy motel with barely anything but the clothes on your back, but fortunately, you're well off enough to be able to purchase all new belongings. You don't dare ask Rebecca for anything, assuming she hasn't burned everything you own in a towering bonfire. The divorce proceedings are swift, and your now ex-wife takes you for almost everything that you have, leaving you with very little in the way of assets. Luckily you have a secure and well-paying job, although your reputation at work isn't great. By the time all the legal matters are settled, in the space of as little as two months, you've been able to re-establish yourself in a small apartment on the other side of town.

Through the grapevine, you find out Rebecca ended up selling your properties and moving back to her hometown, so there's little chance of ever running into her ever again. Even more interestingly, you find out that Steven disowned Gemma and kicked her out of the house. You manage to track down her new address, and now with no wife or father to interfere, you're free to continue where you left off.
