"A what?"

The doctor sighs as she looks at Rachel's mom. "Susan, please save the questions. I'll explain what I can first and then you can ask afterwards, okay?"

Susan blushed but nodded, sitting back in her chair. Dr. Wells continued, looking at Rachel.

"A hermaphorite, or futanari for layman's terms, is a girl who has both male and female sexual organs. They're usually born female and grow the male part when they hit puberty. They tend to be stronger, faster, smarter than the average male or female. They develop better, basically."

She leaned against the counter as she continued, making sure to look at Susan as well to make sure she was understanding everything.

"Males are born with XY chromosomes while females have XX. But Rachel here has both, which is why she has both a vagina and a penis. It's believed that one in every 2000 births are born this way. Usually, you would've developed at a younger age. However, there are cases where teens do not hit puberty at the average age. I'd have to run some tests but I think it's safe to say that you never hit puberty until a couple days ago. Because of this, you're only just now finding out about your rare situation."

The doctor turned around and started typing on her laptop, giving Rachel a great view of her ass while she did.

"I'm going to email a doctor who's dealt with this before and get every bit of information I can from her so that I can help you. I know a lot but this woman knows just about everything. Maybe she'll have a folder or documents she can send me that I can use to help you. I do still want to give you a checkup but I'll take any questions that you have now."

Susan was ready almost immediately, getting out of her chair and walking next to Hazel. "So if she has both male and female chromosomes, and she obviously has testosterone, does that mean she will be as horny as a teenage boy?"

The doctor stopped for a moment, thinking about it. "Honestly, she's most likely to be even worse than a boy. I can't say for sure but I would assume that her body would combine the testosterone with her hormones, making it even easier for her to get aroused. And with the way her body is built, she'll most likely have more endurance and stamina."

Susan glanced over at Rachel, trying to look worried. But Rachel could see the glint in her mother's eye. The doctor's words didn't exactly scare Susan.

"What about aggression?" Rachel spoke up, make the doctor turn around. Rachel continued, trying to keep her nerve for the question. "Males in most species use aggression to show their dominance, like wolves. They make a show of their strength and fighting skills to claim the title of alpha. Even human males tend to act that way around a girl they like to make sure no one else messes with her. Some of them even have the idea of being alpha themselves and show dominance over women. Will that happen to me?"

Hazel was hesitant for a moment, but she didn't take her eyes off Rachel's, studying her. Then she glanced at Susan and shook her head slowly. "I can't answer that as I don't know the answer. You might gain some of the aggression but the alpha idea... I'm not sure. I guess it depends on your personality."

Before Rachel can speak up to keep asking questions, Hazel looks over at Susan. "Now, if you don't mind, I need you to step out so I can get a more thorough examination on her changes. It shouldn't take long."

Susan nodded and grabbed her bag, heading for the door. "Don't worry, dear. I'll be right out here if you need me."

As soon as the door was shut, Hazel locked it and looked back at Rachel. "Now, time for your examination. Strip, please."
