Down to the bone

“Wait, don’t do this to Lauren anymore! We agreed that if I betrayed you that you would take this out on me? Just turn me to bones now!” Vanessa said, stand and presenting her body to the skull.

“... You are such a stupid girl!” The black skull man said. “... You will be suffering the same fate... And so will your sister!” He tells her, shocking both girls. “Our deal doesn’t say Lauren will be spared if you betray me, so she will still suffer.” He tells her.

“... Oh..” Vanessa gasps.

“We do need an audience... But that camera focused on the outside of the changing room... and our guards that I haven’t dealt with... Will be our audience that you asked for.”

Lauren and Vanessa look with dread, knowing that they can’t get though the skeleton.

“I’ve arranged it so that you both will be skeletons... Despite Lauren being deeper then you are Vanessa.” The dark skeleton said. He points the knife to the girls.

Lauren and Vanessa held each other’s hands. Just getting ready for it...

The hand, missing a few fingers, is just over the button, until-

A security guard kicks the knife out of the skull’s hand. “No- YOU FOOL!” The skull turns towards him.

“Quick grab it!” Vanessa tells Lauren.

Lauren reaches for it and manages to hold it above them all. “I got it-“ She said, as her hand slides it down and she presses the button.

The three look shocked, as they realized that now all of them were facing the knife, including the black skull.

“NOOOOOOOOOO-” The skull screams as the knife snaps open and lets out its glow. “-THIS ISN’t faair-“ He screams... As he is no more.
