The council has plans

Naturally, with the war over, the higher ups in Konoha begun thinking about the village's future, how best to keep it safe, and as anyone with half a brain knows, bloodline abilities and good genes are what truly makes a great ninja, even if the stupid masses like to pretend otherwise.

Just look at the village's most famous idiot. Dead last, impulsive and loud, didn't pay attention to a single class at the academy. She also secretly carried the heritage of not one, but two S-rank shinobi in her blood, innate healing abilities, immense chakra, a demon in her belly, and much more.

With so many advantages, it was impossible, even for a dead last, to fail.

Homura e Koharu, the elders of Konoha, had decided to stack the deck early for the next generation of ninja, and so Uzumaki Naruko was at the top of their list of tools. If she had plenty of children, or even better, sons, the future of the village would be secure.

And so, when an ANBU agent brought them Naruko's discarded diary, well... That was the kind of advantage that made seduction missions viable. A mission to make the headstrong blonde into someone's devoted housewife, barefoot and pregnant until the end of her days.

Now, what was left was choosing the ideal agent. A cock, so to speak, to fill the chicken with golden eggs.
