The twins the after effect of the butterfly affect, one where their father never became a hero. Of course Barry still became a meta human just like a great deal of people in the city, but never truly accessed the Speed-****, left with the ability to move somewhat fast.

In the timeline following this new alteration Nora and Briana never knew of a timeline without their father. He was always there for every birthday, holiday, dance recitals, science fair and proms.

Without a drive to either live up to a massive legacy of a great hero or the standards of a renowned journalist the twins lived their own lives. Making their own ways.

Nora’s clothes more comfortable, a dusting of makeup and a more casual haircut, clothes tighter and more relaxed for the express purpose of drawing new viewers and subscribers on her gaming channel.
