Rules.

We need to talk about apartment rules and things that we can change so we can all live together peacefully. Adam looked at Ryan then at Adam wait all of us are living together. Well yes Ryan is my boyfriend was all Adam said. Ok so let’s get down to it then.

1. no sex in the common areas of the apartment if the others are home or supposed to be home soon ( rule dose not apply to the shower or at all if the roommates are informed to stay out of this common area for a set amount of time.)
2. Walking around nude in the apartment is fine. But not something you have to do for anyone just arriving this rule will be relaxed to let new people in the apartment get used to it. During that time period walking nude is prohibited. The time period set is 1 month or tell the new person in the house is comfortable with it within that one month time frame. After 1 month the new arrival to the house should expect to see the roommates nude.
3. If someone is being brought over to the house just inform the roommates so they can be dressed if they are at home or so they can leave a conman area.
4. Always knock on the doors. You never know if someone is going to be having sex behind one of the doors. ( rule specifically apply’s to the bathroom and bedroom’s

Ryan and Ben looked up at Adam. Are you ok with the rules so far. Adam didn’t know what to say rule 2 had him stuck. Adam what is it Ryan pressed. I just don’t know if I would be comfortable around my brother and his boyfriend nude. Don’t worry you will be fine.

1. Clean up after yourself.
2. Everyone does household chores.
3. Give rent on time. ( if something changes in your circumstance let your roommates know so reworking of the budget can be done.

Well that’s all for the house rules Adam any changes you suggest. Adam couldn’t think of any. It’s a good setup was all Adam managed to say then left for his room. Adam didn’t see the sparkle on Ben’s fingertip as Adam turned away.
