An NTR license!

With a glow from the rock, a card appears in my hand. With shock, I look it over and it does describe itself as a license for me. On the back of it, it outlines it's rules perfectly:

When a female is asked if they are in a relationship, they must answer honestly.

If a girl is in a relationship, she must allow the licensed individual to make his attempts without stopping him.

The licensed individual can make as many attempts as he likes, for as long as he likes.

The licensed individual can conduct his attempts wherever he likes, whenever he likes.

The significant other of the female can not interfere with the licensed individuals attempts.

The licensed individual can not be punished or persecuted for his licensed status or his attempts at netorare.

If and when a female has been properly netori'd away from their significant other, they themselves will be granted a collar confirming their status as a claimed female and thus can not be in any other relationships unless approved by the licensed individual.

Any and all marriage certificates or documents of similar nature made prior to the female's NTR status are considered null and void unless the are allowed by the licensed individual.
