Chapter 3 by HowHumiliating
Victoria is…
Chasing a villain!
Victoria knew that things would be tougher for her since Accord’s Ambassadors moved into Brockton Bay. The Protectorate’s information on the newest capes working for the mastermind thinker was limited, which made any interaction difficult. But what Victoria really didn’t expect was for the Ambassadors to be working alongside the Undersiders!
It had made for a confusing fight at the college’s science center, originally thinking the Undersiders had swooped in to steal the score for themselves only to realize they were providing backup for the Ambassadors. The heroes had already been outnumbered but now it was just a matter of getting something out of this whole fiasco. Sweat from what felt like an hour of fighting had made her costume stick to her, but thankfully a wind was blowing, cooling her legs where her skirt and spanx weren’t covering them. Despite the chaos, Victoria felt in her element and somehow they were winning.
The villains were starting to scatter, using darkness and dogs to cover their escape. But there were two stragglers that had gone in different directions, either in confusion or an effort to stop the heroes from chasing the main group. Regardless, it worked, Victoria had to just focus on getting at least one arrest tonight.
One was Parian, a rogue turned villain who was darting towards what looked like a college dorm hall. Victoria didn’t spot any of her stuffed animal minions around and it looked like Miss Militia was in pursuit but she kept slipping on her own feet and grabbing at her costume. Was Regent hiding somewhere? And had Miss Militia lost weight recently? Why was her costume hanging off of her like some potato sack? Either way, Miss Militia wasn’t going to catch Parian at this rate. It would be an easy capture if Victoria chased her down and they could get some crucial info out of her.
But there was another cape making a break for it that she could catch, an unknown woman in a long, white ball gown that must be part of the Ambassador’s. She was approaching the campus library. Victoria saw Vista dealing with her earlier, but now when she looked at the ward, she was sitting crisscross applesauce in the courtyard, looking up at something in the sky and… was she drooling? What the hell was she doing just letting a villain go towards civilians?! Victoria put a mental note to reprimand the young cape later. Now she needed to focus. She would be taking on a cape she had no info on, but there was a chance students were still using the library this late at night and that could be dangerous.
Victoria could either go after Parian or this unknown cape. She had to choose, and fast!
Who does Victoria chase after?

Silly Parahumans
Parahumans ENF
A collection of stories about Parahumans getting into silly, humiliating, and sexual situations. It can be an accidental wedgie, a bullying incident gone wrong, or a clothing malfunction leaving them nude and embarrassed! It’s a tough job being a cape. You have to look good for the cameras, attracting both male and female attention and the crazy paparazzi. If you aren’t careful, even a jealous rival or angry nemesis! Cape egos are the lifelines of their work. So it’s real fun to see them knocked down a peg. Maybe it’s seeing Victoria Dallon being pantsed at a local basketball game. Maybe it’s watching Taylor Hebert as her silk body suit falls apart from the heat. It could be enjoying the sight of Tattletale’s costume riding up into a massive wedgie. Maybe it’s all three, the result of the trio arguing over who is the best friend to the other. It could even be the result of unfortunate power interactions! A stray blast of power shreds all clothing in the area! A nightmare cape goes into the dreams to give climatic attacks! A power turns on its host to punish them for being terrible capes! Much like powers, the sky is the limit!
