Disciplinary Committee

Sayori leads Samus to a classroom and opens the door. Inside she sees two students arguing with one another, one with short pink hair and the other with long purple hair. Samus notices the red and black armbands over their uniforms that say 'Disciplinary Committee Member'. She listens and it seems that the pink haired girl is arguing that they need to impose stricter punishment this year. The purple haired girl is arguing that the reasons her punishments don't work is because she puts no thought into her technique and that not every punishment will affect every delinquent the same way.

Sayori finishes putting her own armband on too. "Welcome to the disciplinary committee! This is Natsuki and Yuri."

That gets the attention of the two as it halts their argument. Yuri, the long purple haired one asks "Sayori why is the new student here?"

Natsuki the short pink haired one asks "Did she already break the rules?"

Sayori "No silly, she's our newest member!"

Samus has a bemused look. "I never agreed to that. I'm just here to see Monika."

Sayori "Oh right you would need her permission to join." She completely ignores the first half of what you said.

Samus "Where is Monika anyways?" Your question is answered as you feel a sting of pain on your ass. Your hands grab your rear in pain as you scowl and turn around seeing your latest nemesis.

"I'm right here, just had to stop by my locker to grab this." Monika says with a playfully sadistic smile, in her hand is a black leather riding crop that she had just used on you.

Natsuki's eyes light up "Oh is a new one?"

Yuri groans "You and your whips."

Natsuki barks back "It's not just a whip, it's a crop. There's a difference!" The argument is cut short as Monika whips the crop down onto the table. "Enough! If you girls can't solve your arguments I will discipline the BOTH of you."

That makes the girls flinch. They both say "Sorry chairman Monika."

Monika smiles and takes her seat at the teachers desk. "Now you 3 can go and get started. I will interview our possible new member.

The three exit the room leaving Monika with Samus. Samus stomps over to Monika and slams her hands on the desk. "What the hell do you think you're doing Monika?!"

Monika keeps her composure and since they are alone she drops the act. "I'm giving my love what she wants most my dearest Samus."

Samus "How is any of this what I wanted?"

Monika chuckles "Well I'll admit I threw in some things I always imagined when I found my love. I liked the structure of school life and I was made to manage a club after all. I just thought literature wouldn't be exciting enough for you so I chose something for you."

Samus "You thought I'd like this?"

Monika "I KNOW you do. While you were unconscious I took the time to read your mind, see exactly what my darling's favorite fantasies were. And it turns out my favorite bounty hunter's kink was that she wished she could personally punish the criminals she caught. To be able to whip them mercilessly until they begged for mercy, bind them to your pilots seat so they have to eat you out while you transport them to prison or just keep one as your own personal sex slave.
