IR Day 16 - The answer is Bound

You snap your fingers. Of course. It’s too easy. The Wachowskis did Bound before the Matrix. It’s a great gay movie, and Gina Gershon and Jennifer Tilly are ludicrously hot in it. Just thinking about it makes you want to watch it again.

“Bound,” you say.

Karin gives the answer.

Twenty minutes later, Yellow Team narrowly edges out Green Team in points. Someone on Green Team knows her stuff, but you are still able to easily carry Karin to the win. The others are happy about it, and you stand among them as the lights shine on you and Moxxi and Lulu excitedly announce the results. Music plays. It’s exciting, but you just gaze past Yellow Team to Blue Team, where Ingrid is with Beth, speaking quietly. She sees you and gives you a little smile.

You turn away and look at Pink Team, which came in third, likely thanks to Lara. You have a feeling that she’s watched her share of these movies, or at least clips from them, like you have. Your teammates surround you, but you feel very alone.

Karin looks at you worriedly. Good. She should be worried.

“You OK?” Cheryl asks, resting her hand on your shoulder. Before you can answer, Syd gives you a friendly pat on the bottom.

“She’s fine. You like those nude scenes, don’t you?” she asks.

“Do you guys not watch movies?” you ask, bringing yourself back to the present.

There’s no real prize for this event; it was to raise money for charity, but there is a lot of prestige tied to it because it was marketed so heavily for being salacious. Within an hour, the internet will be full of clips of all the FUTA players’ reactions when the movie clips were played, who got the right answers, how the captains look when they gave the answers… a lot of people will get a laugh out of this. There will be lots of clicks and lots of views, so coming in first is definitely good for Yellow Team. Yellow Team has been in the middle of the pack for the season so far, so it’s good for them to get to stand out. You have looked at some of the polls and social media stuff, and you are not surprised to see that Blue Team seems to be the most popular, thanks to Adella. Her beauty, cool strength, and occasionally noticeable bulge are irresistible.

Back at the cabin, your new squad gathers around you on Cheryl’s bed. There’s nothing else going on tonight; it’s time to get ready to go to sleep, but you’re all on your phones. Syd plays Candy Crush, Cheryl plays some kind of real game, Azu is composing an email, and you text Ingrid about how much you miss her, then you text some of your old teammates to tell them the same thing.

Some of them are complaining about Lena. You tell them to be nice to her. This is not her fault.
