Jay starts the hypnosis.

Everything was ready for the hypnosis, Alice was sat down just awaiting for Jay to start. Once again it was time for Jay to put his hypnosis studies into practice.

"I'm going to need you to focus on what I'm saying and also follow the watch with your eyes, without moving your head."
"It's very important that you follow my instructions so the hypnosis works, ok?" Jay explained.
"Okay." Alice responded.

Alice kept looking at the watch and listening to Jay and she found herself getting relaxed, as Jay instructed her eyelids were getting heavy and each time she closed them she felt very good, but she had to open them again to keep looking at the watch.

It was time for Jay to finish the induction and finally push Alice into a deep hypnotic trance.

"It will feel even better letting yourself go completely into a deeply hypnotized trance for me."
"Now, I’m going to count from one to three, and when I reach three, you will close your eyes completely."
"You will fall into a deep hypnotic trance for me." Jay said in his hypnotist's voice.
