Tatooine (Tier 2)

The Jedi council has tasked Master Aayla Secura to investigate some pirates on Tatooine, whom had been suspected to be working for the Separatists as privateers. She asked you to join her, just like old times, when she was a Special **** member as a padawan. You gladly accept her invitation and set out for Tatooine. During the travel, you bring up old memories of some of your past missions.

Aayla: ... And do you remember the time we were on Tatooine all those years ago?

Lana: How could I forget! Master Quinlan made such a show as he was beating up those gangsters in the cantina and throwing them out of the window!

Aayla: Yes, we have had some great time back in our youth... A pity we can't bring those days back anymore.

Lana: You have grown to be a way more responsible Jedi, Aayla!

Aayla: The **** guided me onto this path. Had I not changed my attitude, I would still be a padawan or only a Jedi knight as you are!

Lana: You have a few years advantage, when I'll be old as you are, I'll be grand master of the order!

Aayla: Of course you will be, with this impatience! As if those years ment that much!

Lana: Now that you say... Haven't you regretted leaving the dark side absolutely behind? Do you think leaving the Special **** to become a master was worth it?

Aayla: There are some tough decisions in life... That was one of them. I could have stayed, it too would have had its advantages... But I felt I just wasn't fit to wield the dark side powers. I was better off without them.

Lana: Hmm, but had you stayed, you and Master Quinlan could have...

Aayla: Don't even finish that sentence...! That was a long time ago! I was too young back then and I couldn't control my feelings properly... It has changed since.

Lana: You shouldn't even think on such things nowadays I guess.

Aayla: No, I shouldn't and I try not to do so.

Lana: Is it hard to let go of all your emotions all of a sudden?

Aayla: That certainly isn't easy. The ones who are brought to the order at a young age have a great advantage over those who are taken in in an older age. Like Anakin, he has double the struggle to let go of his emotions and not to form attachments...

Lana (thinking): Aand, I just happen to know how he is doing with that "attachment severing"...

Aayla: Do you remember seeing him when he was found by Qui-Gon? We were sitting outside the cantina with Master Quinlan, while they were walking past us. Qui-Gon noticed us, but he knew we were on a secret mission and pretended not to see us.

Lana: Yeah, and we had totally no idea how much of a trouble they were in... We thought they were in a simple mission, not stuck on the planet!

Aayla: Yes, sometimes I regret we didn't help them there... But that was the will of the ****. Had we helped him out right away, Anakin might not be a Jedi today, as Qui-Gon wouldn't have met him!

Lana: That's right. Strange to think about it...

Aayla: We are landing, we will have some time to talk once we have checked on those pirates. Follow me to the cantina, but let me do the talking.

Lana: You don't trust my skills anymore?

Aayla: I do, I just don't want to make a fuss around the place. This is supposed to be a quiet mission.

Lana: Alright, so no lightsabering and blasting the pirates out of the place this time!
