Nanao meeps in alarm at your sudden outburst. "Allright you pain in the ass, Listen up! Go out there and round up the division!" She trys to argue with you. "B-But Taicho, we cant-" You glare at her angerly. "Did I stutter Fuko-Taicho? I said Gather the division and I mean do it NOW!!!! Or so help me I will demote you down to ACADEMY STUDENT!!!"

Nanao cowers from your outburst. "Y-You..cant.." "Oh cant I? Do the words Insubordination, or not respecting the chain of command mean anything to you?!" She squeeks in alarm before running out of the room. Moments later you stomp out of your office and into the common area. "Attention!!" The squad shoots to attention.

The looks on their faces range from alarm to bewilderment, none of them expecting a Taicho with a back bone. "I have been looking over some of the paper work SHE!" You point to Nanao. "Has been **** feeding me. And I've been noticeing somethings, like the fact that more then HALF of what has been pileing on my desk should have NEVER COME NEAR ME!!"

"This is going to stop NOW! Or so help me god I will GUT THIS ENTIRE DIVISION!!" The gathered shinigami's are cowering in fear now. Nanao looks ashamed and disgusted with herself for not noticeing this. "Now I am not a **** driver by any sense, but PEOPLE ARE GOING TO START DOING THERE JOBS AROUND HERE, GOT IT?!"

The group seems to stuned to make a sound. "I CANT HERE YOU!?" They break from there alarm and give out a solid "SIR YES SIR!" After setting them straight you grab your stuff and make for the door. But just as your about to leave a small hand grasps your hakama. "T-Taicho...I.."

Not wanting to bother with her you shake her off. "Save it Fuko-taiho, I'm going home now to where people RESPECT me, and not treat me like I'm garbage!" She recoils at your outburst. You look back to her and spy that she's barely holding back a sob. For a fraction of a second you want to hold her and comfort her. but you push it aside and glare at her.

"You are on THIN ice missy, I am a great guy and normaly I try to be freinds with everybody; but you started in on the shit storm and only let up when you realised you wernt doing your JOB correctly!" You poke your finger at her. "You shot haveing me on your side straright to shit right from the get go."

Your venomous whisper has her sobbing openly. "But I dont want to be a total ass here, so I'm going to give you ONE more chance, but fail me on this and I'll make SURE your carrier DIES!" As you stomp away you fail to hear her fall to her knees sobbing in regret. "Hic....I-I'm so sorry John-kun...th-this wasnt what I wanted at all...hic I-I wanted you to be proud to be the Taicho of this division..an-and to notice me..."

As you wander the Seireitei you rub your temples trying to releive the migrain from dealing with that mess. "Goddamn it... That little bitch's voice is still wrattleing around in my head. Gngh...I need an asprin...Or a bottle of whiskey." You groan in pain as you pass an odd looking building. "I dont have any whiskey, but I might be able to help you with that headache Genryusai Taicho."

Turning your head to the softly spoken and lyrical toned voice, you find a rather plain but still beautiful looking woman with long raven colored hair done up in an odd braid going down the front of her chest, and a calm smile adorning her face. "Oh..uh...Unohana Taicho right?" You murmer in slight embarasement.

Her smile widens slightly. "I'm glad you remember me, now will you allow me to help releive your pain?"

"What's got you so happy today Shinji-san?" A wrather large but kind sounding man quirks to a young looking woman with a strange looking almost perma-grin. "Yea? What's the deal, you get your hands on some Kobe beef for the barbque tonight?" A scowling man with short white hair mumbles in confusion.

"Well....what would you all say if I found a way to get us back in the good graces of the goten 13?" The strange woman grins wider as she leans aganst the wall
