Ask Veronica About A Workout Program To Get In Shape.

“I was wondering if you could recommend some exercises to maybe tone up a little.” I shrugged.

“Oh my god.” Ginny began to laugh. I couldn't help but give her a go to hell smirk. “Wow. You never fail to surprise me bro.”

“You want to get into shape cutie?” Veronica smiled. Least she was taking it serious. Veronica was the one who used to help Ginny get in shape for track so I trusted her. I didn't want to run the hundred yard dash or anything. Maybe just a little workout.

“Alice is used to dating guys from the football team and such. She has a pool in her backyard so it is only a matter of time...”

“You want to get your beach bod on?” Veronica smiled. She had seen a pic of me shirtless but it be a whole other story if I went over to her house to hang out and get in the pool.

“More or less.” I frowned.

“Wow. Bro has it bad.” Ginny teased.

“I think it is sweet.” Veronica gave her a look then turned back toward. She put her hand on my shoulder. “I think you are handsome just the way you are but it is sweet that you want to put in the work for your girl. Tell you what. Do ten push ups and ten sit ups when you get home The next day do five or ten more. You don't want to over do it when just starting out or you will be sore as hell and want to quit but that will help build up some muscle tone and get you in shape. If you are really sore in the mornings then you have reached your current limit but the more you can do the more tone you will be come summer in the pecs and abs. You're not a hefty guy or anything so you don't need to loose any fat but a little cardo still wouldn't hurt.”

“I can help with that.” Ginny smiled.

“You would kill the poor boy if he tried to keep up jogging with your ass.” Veronica shook her head.

“Probably.” Ginny shrugged.

“Maybe a casual bike riding or something with your girl. If you want to bulk up some though I would suggest weights and hitting the gym with me.”

“No. I don't really have the time for that.” I shook my head. I was busy enough as is. Trying to fit in some trips to the gym would be more trouble then it was worth.

“If you change your mind come see me. I think it sweet you want to look good for your girl but just don't go changing to much.” Veronica put her arm around my shoulder and leaned in to whisper in my ear.. “You are a great guy and Alice agrees. We had a nice long talk and she sees it to. Just be the guy we all love you for.” Then she put a hand over my ear and whispered. “And if she dumps your ass I will fuck you myself before you go to college.”

“Veronica.” I gave her a look.

“What. You can't tell me you never thought about it.” She teased as she gave me a kiss on the cheek. I felt flush as hell. A minute later Allison came back.

“What did I miss?” Allison looked at me.

“He was just asking me about work.” Veronica shrugged.

“Hey everyone.” A familiar voiced said behind me.

“Oh god. I was hoping you weren't working tonight.” I shook my head and Turned to see Katie. Ginnys BFF.

“Sorry but you're luck ain't that good .” Katie put an arm around me. Katie and me had a teasing relationship and I thought of her like a sister since we constantly picked at one another. We never took things to far and knew we never meant anything hurtful but we would tease the hell out of each other. “I will be your waitress for this afternoon. Though I am afraid we have a strict no pet policy so you will have to leave this one in the car while you eat.” Katie patted my shoulder. She was a smart ass through and through which is why her and Ginny got along so well.

“Ha ha.” I glanced up at the short haired Brunette.

“But he is my emotional support animal.” Alice took my hand and pouted. Not helping Alice

“He is house broken and hasn't bit anyone in a long time.” Ginny joked.

“Really because she looks like the type who might like that sort of thing.” Katie pointed at Alice. I was sure Ginny had told her all about Alice by now.

“Katie.” I looked over.

“Maybe.” Alice gave a smile.

“You sure we don't need to make her wait in the car?” Ginny pointed at Alice.

Katie offered her hand to Alice. “I am Katelyn or Katie. I am the one who Ginny calls when she needs to hide a body.”

“Allison but everyone calls me Alice.”

“I told you never to talk about that.” Ginny pointed at Katie.

Katie pulled out her pad and pen clicking it. “So what can I get you guys to drink. Lets start with the lush. Should I bring you a glass Veronica or just skip to a whole picture and save us both some time?” Katie teased as she pointed at Veronica with the pen.

“Like you have any room to talk.” Veronica gave her a look.

“Probably not but I am on duty or I be right here with you.” Katie rocked in place on her heels.

“Let's start with a glass and go from there. Long island ice tea please.” Veronica replied.

“Got you.” She wrote and then pointed the pen at Ginny. “Ginny?”

“Regular tea for me.” Ginny said.

“Do I need to check you for a fever?” Katie gave her a glance as jotted it down.

“I have that date tonight.” Ginny shook her head.

“All the more reason if you ask me. Get over your nerves.” Katie shook her head at Ginny and looked at me and Alice. “What about you beauty and the geek?”

“Iced Tea.” I gave her a look.

“Same.” Alice squeezed my hand.

“Oh good. Here comes the rest. Save me a few trips.” Katie said as more of our Party showed up. Katie going over to Nicky and offering sis her car keys if she wanted to escape and pull a runaway bride before it was to late.

Dinner was fun as the two groups intermingled and talked. Somehow Willow ended up on Alice's lap having apparently adopted Alice. Kimberly and her guy, when he showed up, announced the date for her wedding in the summer and of course she asked me before we left if I would be the photographer to which I said happily said yes. Then me and Alice took Ginny over to drop her off at the coffee shop deciding to head inside to say hay to Christy and Meet Mandy.

“Hey girlfriend, Hey Jake. What are you guys doing here?” Christy smiled as we came in. The place looked pretty dead but it was a coffee shop during the afternoon. The few people in the place were college students. Some of whom seemed to be studying on their lap tops even through it was the weekend. I had applied to the school since it was local and Ginny went there but I wouldn't hold my breath on getting in, plus it wasn't my first choice of schools but never put all of your eggs in one basket as dad would say so I had applied anyways.

“Just dropping my sister off.” I nodded toward Ginny.

“Right. The big date. Mandy just told me.” Christy smiled and walked over to the counter. “Mandy. You got company.” A few seconds later Mandy stuck her head out of the back. Not a bad looking girl. She had a nice curvy figure. Her brunette hair was cut into a shoulder ;length bob cut, that hid how many ear piercings she probably had. She wore a pair of small frame glasses over dark almost black eyes. I was trying to decided if she hit me more as nerdy hacker girl or the artist type but her whole vibe screamed college girl but then she probably lived in the dorms or nearby and even worked right by the campus so it was pretty much her life. I could see why Ginny liked her as she was definitely well endowed in the chest though not quit as big as Alice.

“Hey you.” Ginny gave a little awkward wave. It was funny to see her nervous about something that wasn't sports related.

“Oh. Hey.” Mandy said as she came around the counter and gave Ginny a little hug. “You are early but I am glad to see you.”

“The rehearsal went by faster then planned.” Ginny smiled.

“So this must be the little bro?” Mandy looked over at me and smiled.

“Yep and his girlfriend Alice. Christy's friend from the cheerleading team.” Alice

“Hi.” Alice stepped forward shaking her hand.

“Hello.” I offered my hand as well.

“Nice to meet you both. I am Mandy. Though I am sure you knew that. Ginny has told me stories about you.” Mandy smiled as she shook my hand.

“I hope nothing bad.”

“I will never tell.” Mandy smiled coyly and gave me a wink “This isn't a double date or something is it?"

“No, we were just dropping her off.” I shook my head.

“Damn. I could have gotten some inside details.” Mandy said as she put an arm around my shoulder and looked at Ginny. “Ginny says you two are close so I am sure you know all of her dirty little secrets.” Mandy was playful yet coy and reserved. I instantly thought of a cat for some reason.

“Hey now.” Ginny gave her a look.

“Maybe not all of her secrets.” I shook my head and looked at Ginny. “Whatever the two of you end up doing just have her back before the wedding tomorrow afternoon.”

“I make no promises but I will try my best.” Mandy smiled as she gave Ginny a look.

“Really?” Ginny crossed her arms as she looked at me

“I just don't want Nicky to be made at me.” I shrugged.

“If you want to go ahead and clock out early I think me and Rachael can handle this mad rush.”

“You sure?” Mandy looked over and smiled.

“No, please. Don't go. Can't you tell we are totally slammed.” The third employee said from behind the counter in a monotone voice as she didn't even look over. She was restocking stuff under the counter. It was clear the girls were all just riding the clock at this point.

“Go girl. We got this.” Christy gave Mandy a push toward the back.

“Okay.” Mandy shrugged.

“Want something to drink while we are here?” I looked at Alice while pulling out my wallet before she could beat me to it.

She gave me a small smirk knowing full well what I was doing. “Small Vanilla Frappuccino.”

“Make that two.” I nodded toward the girl behind the counter.

“Coming right up.” Rachael said.

“So how did the pics go?” Christy said coming over from the tables. I guess she was the lowest girl on the totem pole so to speak and had to clean the guest areas and such.

“Great. I will tell you about them later.” Alice said and looked at Rachael.

“Ah.” Christy took the hint. No here. “So you two have any plans?”

“Movie at his place. Ginny has quit the old DVD collection so she said I could steal one to watch.”

“That could be fun. Jake I expect you to keep your hands all over my girl.” Christy pointed at me.

“Really?” I gave Christy a look as I shook my head. Smiling at the thought.

“I am more worried about her putting hands on my brother then him doing anything.” Ginny replied.

“If you need protection I have pepper spray Jake.” Mandy added as she came back out having lost the apron.

“I am good thanks.” I smiled. She was a smart ass so her and Ginny should get along great. “You might need it more then me.”

“We will see. Okay. Ready?” Mandy smiled as she looked at Ginny.

“Yep.” Ginny smiled and they headed for the door.

“You two don't get to crazy.” Alice yelled after them.

“No promises.” Mandy laughed.

“If you need a ride or anything.” I looked at Ginny

“I know. Thank you bubba.” Ginny blew me a quick kiss as she smiled which seemed totally out of character for her.

“It is nice of you to bring your sister here for her date.” Christy touched my arm.

“Of course.”

“Here you go.” Rachael brought over the coffees.

“Thank you.” I handed her the money. I noticed she had written on the cups his and hers. I guess there was no point in writing names this late for just two people but we would still be able to tell each others cups apart.

“So you have no problem with your sis dating girls then?” Christy asked.

“No. It's her life. Whatever she wants to do with it is her choice and I support her.” I shrugged.

“I think it is sweet.” Alice took my arm and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

“Agreed.” Christy smiled. “My dads are gay so me dating a girl wouldn't come as to much as a shock to them but I know not everyone is so understanding.”

“Her dads are both super hot.” Rachael cracked a small smile. One more thing I didn't know about Christy. I assume she had some kind of relationship with her mother as well since she had mentioned that her moms dog had ate her bikini.

“You didn't know they were going out did you? Ginny and Mandy.” I asked.

“No. I mean Mandy has been flirting with her for as long as I have been here but I never thought Ginny would make a move on her and actually ask her out but I am glad she did. Mandy could use to get laid.”

“Seconded.” Rachael held up two fingers as if casting a vote.

“Oh god. I did not need to hear that. She is going out with my sister.”

“To late.” Rachael smiled.

“What did you think was going to happen?” Christy gave me a playful push.

“Hopefully that, I am sure Ginny could use it as well but that doesn't mean I want to hear about it.” I shook my head. We headed out leaving the coffee shop and went back to my house.

When we got back I went to make a small thing of popcorn for the two of us while she picked out a movie. For some reason I was actually a little nervous. I mean just cuddling on the couch and watching a movie. Up till now I had something to keep me distracted but sitting there for two hours with her in my arms watching a movie just made me anxious but yet in a good way I suppose.

“Got it.” Alice came into the kitchen holding up a scary movie. She had changed back into her clothes from the mall so that she was comfortable.

“Really. A scary movie? You sure you want that?” I shook my head.

“Yep. I am sure you will protect me.” Alice bit her tongue in her cute little way and snagged a piece of popcorn.

“Hey kids. What are you two up to.” Dad said as he walked in.

“About to watch a movie.” Alice said with as if almost singing it as she cocked her head from side to side.

“Well me and your mother are about to head out and meet up with the Walkers for a few drinks and to talk about our soon to be children in laws. Try not to throw any wild parties while we are gone and burn the house down.” Dad shrugged. A smile crossing my lips thinking he just told me to technically burn the house down.

“Oh yes. I have a stash of **** and hooker hidden away in the basement for just this occasion.” I replied. This had to be the first time he had given me a be good speech since I was little. Alice let out a little laugh.

“You know you are not to old for me to put you over my knee right?” Dad gave me a look.

“You have to catch me first old man.” I grinned.

“Nah. You are more trouble then it is worth.” He shook his head. “I will just wait till you fall asleep. Night Alice.”

“Good night Mister Williams.” Alice skipped over and gave dad a kiss on the cheek making my old man smile.

“See. Someone knows how to respect there elders.” Dad gave me a look and then headed out into the living room..

“Love you dad.” I yelled after him.

“Um hmm.” He shook his head. Mom came down as we were heading into the living room and said her farewells as well.

“So you think they are swingers now?” Alice said after they left.

“Oh god. Really. I do not want that image in my head.” I shook my head as I sat on the couch and Alice giggled. “Okay. Drinks, popcorn, blanket, my naughty little vixen.” Alice cuddled up next to me and all of my nervousness faded.

“Vixen?” Alice looked at me.

“Female Fox, Foxy female bitch. Trying to come up with something I can say in public here and not get us both kicked out of school because I am not saying naughty little bitch in class.” I joked.

“I will allow it for now.” Alice gave me a kiss on the cheek and then cuddled up next to me. The movie was one I hadn't seen in awhile but one I knew so I knew when to hold Alice's hand during the scary parts. She would look away during the gory parts or bury her head in my chest. I had a hell of a view down her top as she snuggled up against me as I began to get hard with her pressed up against me like she was. Luckily the popcorn bowl in my lap hid it. Up until she took the almost empty bowl setting it on the table and then proceeded to make herself comfortable and lay her head on my lap and curl her legs up on the couch.
