"Okay, and so will I. Let's take turns." Jake thought for a moment. "Are we talking about anything or just our, you know, sex stuff in the past?"

Abbie laughed. "These sorts of conversations always end up at the sex stuff. We could just skip the small talk."

"Sure. Maybe someday we'll do the small talk."

"Maybe."

"For now, just the sex stuff?"

"Sure." Abbie grinned at Jake, admiring his playful energy, eager to hear, to share, and to strengthen their bond.
