Lauren has to jump!

"Are you crazy?!" Lauren exclaimed. "I'm not jumping!"

"Oh come on, it's totally safe." Monica said. She pulled Lauren up to the edge of the rock. Lauren looked down, feeling her stomach tighten as she peered at the seemingly far away water. The other people at the lake were watching eagerly, knowing someone was going to jump. Despite her fear Lauren blushed, fidgeting nervously. She tried not think words like 'chubby thighs' or 'beer belly', but these words sprang to her mind without her wishes. She bit her lip, backing away slightly.

"Come on Lauren, go for it!"

With that, Monica gave Lauren a mighty shove. Lauren squawked, arms flailing as she stumbled off the rock...
