What changes do program into the virus?
Dismantle her firewalls first. You want this to last!
You might not be the world's best hacker, but you're familiar enough with the tech this fine piece of ass has installed. You silently tank yourself for the countless nights spent reading Chrome Dome Digest and get to work with the lengthy process of dismantling her installed security systems.
First, you run a secondary ICE program to throw up a bunch of static against her firewalls. Since she's already off-line, it isn't totally necessary, but it might save your ass if she wakes up unexpectedly. Next, you run a dark-web search on her installed cybernetics, looking for leaked system specs. With a little luck, you manage to find what you're looking for, and you copy the data to make your own modified versions of her firewall programs. Once you replace her programming, it'll appear as if nothing's changed to her internal diagnostics, but it should give you an easy back-door you can remotely use whenever you want to make modifications. You add in a couple of restricted actions as well: keeping her from harming you, leaving junkton, or telling anyone about her new condition, just to be safe.
After four hours of coding and double-checking for errors, you finally hot-swap the two firewall versions. After a few minutes spent monitoring her diagnostics, it seems like you've completed the task without a hitch!
