Cloud 9

That's right the most expensive room was called cloud nine the irony wasn't lost on me as my relationship with Lisa was anything but ideal at the moment still that didn't take away from how spectacular the room was the chairs were actual clouds like in cartoons and the table was floating on its own and there were other amazing features it was every stereo type that movies and TV depicted.

Harley: No. Fucking. Way. Are we really still at a restaurant or have I died and gone to heaven!

Lisa: *muttering* If it was heaven you wouldn't be here

Harley didn't hear her as she ran across the room to check out the view and I pretended not to; I know I act like I'm dense to avoid a problem but it was difficult when Lisa made it very apparent that she was annoyed that I brought Harley with us when she wanted to talk about us and while I could now see how bringing Harley here could be considered a bad idea but the social norm of today's society would say otherwise it's only because she sees Harley as a real person and not just a character that it bothers her so much.

Antonio: Why don't we all order some food and enjoy the room while we wait

At that exact moment Uriel came back with two more waitresses Angela from spawn who is actually an asgardian and the angelus in her original body from the darkness comic #2 and I could definitely say she wasn't an angel she was an immortal living weapon of mass destruction and she was a goddess in her own right the only limitation on her power is her imagination (and the darkness) and here she is right before me as a waitress what kind of criminal level of negligence allowed someone of her level to be sold to a restaurant.

Uriel seeing my face immediately identified the problem but it seemed that Harley and Lisa were oblivious to the danger that we are in as they both looked at me as if I was some sort of horn ball idiot drooling over the "angel" don't get me wrong she is every bit gorgeous as she is dangerous but I value my life more than that.

Uriel: Antonio please calm down, yes she is indeed the Angelus but she is restrained by her control collar so she safe to be around I picked her and Angela to be yours since you only selected me and left the others as random

Antonio: A collar that's it!? You know that those can break or damaged due to lack of maintenance that is exactly how a Lex Luthor took a city hostage before he was put down and she is vastly more powerful!... Wait what do you mean by to be mine?

Uriel: Of course you didn't read the room descriptions... when you selected the room you given three characters of your choice as complimentary gifts for being the first to reserve the cloud 9 room and when you selected me and left the others as random I was allowed to select the other two

Antonio: So I wasn't choosing a waitress?

Uriel: No you weren't choosing a waitress

Antonio: But I didn't see her on the selection list!

Uriel: She isn't she is on the secret menu list that can only be picked by the angels that work here and only if the angel selected likes their new owner.

Antonio: So one last question why did you select what is practically a living god who's only restraint is a old model collar and has a nasty habit of destroying civilizations?

(The collar model on the Angelus was used from before RealDreams figured out how to turn off or remove powers)

The room became deathly quiet as Harley and Lisa realized just how dangerous the situation is for everyone in the room and possibly the city if not the world.

Uriel: Because you don't have a restraint on Harley and I looked you up online you also have a sith named Talon and she is well known to be a psychotic bitch yet the one you have is loyal without a chip, collar or any other type of control mechanism at least that was what was posted online

This information had rocked Lisa as she immediately went to sit down in order to process all of this Angela on the other hand decided to use this opportunity to speak up.

Angela: My complete loyalty can be easily acquired by you also taking the Celestine (spawn) as she is my companion here and I will convince her to do the same for you

Not seeing a downside to having another immortal warrior in case Angelus decides to go rouge and kill everyone

Antonio: Fine go tell your manager about it then send me the documents for it and while you're at it get me a stong drink

Some how when faced with a possible apocalypse scenario my problems with Lisa don't seem so big anymore
