Trouble on the ride!

Lauren settled into the seat. Instantly something felt off. The harness holding her down felt loose and wobbly. The seat her back was on was also loose, and she felt several loose screws scrapping her.

"Hey, something's wrong...." Lauren started to say, but was interrupted as the ride started. Lauren yelped as the cart jolted forward.

Everyone else on the ride whooped and cheered, but Lauren was too distracted by the problems in her seat. With every twist of the roller coaster she jostled wildly back and forth. She felt her shorts had snagged in the crevice of her seat. Her shirt was getting tugged, probably hooked on the loose screws behind her. As the ride wildly rotated and turned, Lauren's clothes felt pulled tighter and tighter. Lauren's arms were held out by her harness, rendering her unable to do anything about the disaster playing out with her clothes. Meanwhile Monica was watching intently, keeping her eyes locked on Lauren and noting her distress.

Then Lauren heard a loud rip. She looked down. The button and fly of her jean shorts had ripped and they were riding downward. She tried to keep her them in place by pressing her butt down, but the seat under her was wriggling too much for that. Desperately Lauren locked her knees together, but all it took was one more 360 degree turn and her shirts slid down her legs, flying over her shoes and into the air. Monica watched gleefully as they fluttered to the ground. Many other people pointed and laughed, seeing the jean shorts flapping to the ground...
