Helen remembers most of what happened

"W-what happened?" Helen spluttered in a mild panic. Her eyes had shot open wildly and her breathing was rapid.

"I think you fainted," Adam lied. "You didn't appear to hit your head or anything so I think you'll be fine." Adam hated deceiving Helen but he had to find out if she remembered any of what Aga had done whilst she possessed her. "How much of today do you remember?"

Helen appeared to be staring off into the distance as she considered Adam's question. Her face crumpling slightly in an expression of strained concentration.

"I remember Chloe coming round, and what we were doing before she arrived," Helen began sheepishly. "I also remember going to the restaurant and chatting a lot with your sister. We were getting along better than we've ever done. Oh!" Helen's face began to redden a little as she 'recalled' what had happened earlier. "I'm so sorry about the OnlyFans business, I don't know what came over me."

"It's okay," Adam said, unable to stop himself from smiling at Helen's sincerity. "I found it a little bit funny in the end. You're feeling alright though?"

"I feel fine. Just a bit foggy in my head." Helen held herself tightly to Adam as if for reassurance. It was clear that she felt that Aga's actions in her body were entirely her own. Her memory seemed a little hazy, however. Adam supposed this might be the magic's way of covering its tracks and hiding what had truly happened. It would be troubling if Helen remembered talking to Adam about the spellbook and as if she were Aga after all.

"I'm pleased you're feeling okay," Adam said honestly. He kissed Helen on top of her head and held her in his arms. A wave of guilt began to permeate his body. Whilst it had been fun having Aga possess his girlfriend, it was clear it had shaken Helen up a little and messed with her mind. Knowing the impact of the possession, could Adam really let Aga take over Helen's body again? Was it worth the risk to spice up his sex life? As Adam battled with this moral quandary, he felt Helen unfurling her slender body from his arms and easing herself up to her feet.

"We'd better do some housework now so we can relax in the evening," Helen said as she stood up. "I'll be fine doing upstairs on my own, if you're happy to do downstairs and the bits in the garden?"

"Of course!" Adam replied, slapping his thighs as he rose to stand from his seat. Doing housework separately would mean he could message Aga between chores without Helen noticing after all.

Frustratingly, Adam didn't find time to message Aga until he was in the garden, taming the foliage. The previous owners had left the property in a poor state, which was largely why they were able to afford the place. Adam and Helen had sorted out the interior of the house before moving in, but the garden had been left until they'd settled in. After making a start on hacking at the worst of the overgrown plants that remained, Adam dipped into the shed to check his phone.

Ignoring a few other notifications, Adam saw that Aga had messaged him a few times since she had returned to her body. She had confirmed it was still in one piece and that her housemates had thankfully not gone into her room to find it ****. She asked Adam how Helen was and finally mentioned she was reading the spellbook but struggling to understand anything new at the moment.

Adam began his message back to say he was pleased she had no problems with returning to her body. He explained that Helen had thought she was responsible for everything Aga had done in her body. He mentioned that maybe they should be more careful next time if Aga was indeed going to possess Helen once again.

No sooner had Adam sent his message, he could see that Aga was typing one back.

No way! At least she doesnt know I was in her body though right?

Aga quickly followed up her message with another.

Ive found a spell that means my body will look after itself. Thinking of trying it out now. what dya think?

Adam's heart began to flutter a little as he worried Aga was going to come back over and possess Helen without taking into account his concerns. He hurriedly typed a message to respond to her last two.

If you want. Maybe try someone else's body out though. Worried how it effected Helen.

After sending the message, Adam prayed that it would get to Aga's phone and she would read it before casting her new spell. He stared at his phone screen, waiting for the familiar signal that the other person was writing a message.
