One of the S.T.A.R.S of Resident Evil, Jill Valentine is known for her exploits at the Spencer Mansion and in Raccoon City, dealing with the undead and those who unleash them.

In EF City, there are no such problems, which is why it’s her favourite place to be when she’s not saving the world.
