What Else does Carter Learn at the Gym?

How to Fill Out His Pants

Pretty soon, Carter found himself joining his girlfriend for her regular gym visits as Yoga classes were offered Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays. At first, he was a little self-conscious about his new attire but Chloe's hands groping his body always kept him in good spirits. After a couple of weeks, Carter got into the Yoga-rhythm. He was quickly mastering the steps and could feel himself becoming more flexible.

After the classes were over, Carter felt a little uneasy being at the gym. Having played soccer as a kid, Carter usually just did some running exercises and relied on his metabolism to keep him in shape. Since going to college, he had let himself go a bit and had never spent much time understanding which exercises he should be doing.

As a result, he usually just followed Chloe around and started mimicking her exercises. For arms, Chloe usually used lighter weights and Carter initially followed suit. After about a week, he went to grab a heavier weight when Chloe stopped him and reminded him, "remember babe, you are still coming off a back injury. Those weights are great if you want to get all bulky but I think for you it might be better just to focus on toning." Agreeing, Carter switched back to the lower set of weights.

For the core and lower body, Chloe told Carter that this would be a good opportunity to get some more power on his swings. As a result, he spent a lot of his time with crunches, planks, squats and lunges. Like with yoga, after a couple weeks he was feeling a noticeable improvement and he couldn't help but chuckle every time his girlfriend would compliment him on the way his ass filled out his yoga pants.
