What of Talia's enemies?

Many beings repulse Talia and are made mortal in order to be publicly executed. Though one in particular Jillian Maxwell makes Talia very upset. Jillian Maxwell seduced Bruce but cared more about his money than him and considered killing Bruce. For doing this to her beloved Talia decided Jillian deserved worse than ****. Talia made Jillian immortal so she can be tortured for a long time.

Many others Talia likes but feels have been led astray. Like the batfamily or the Female Furies they will be given the chance to be integrated into the League.

Then there are others who are bad but Talia feels have good traits that she feels should not be wasted. Red Claw. Scorpiana, Wanderer, Lady Eve, and Lilhy are all rival assassin leaders with evil intentions are chained up in one of Talia's sex dungeons.

Samantha Vanavaer, Jezebel Jet, Una Nemo and Jaina Hudson are a bit away chained up as well.

Talia has altered them so they don't need food or exercise so she doesn't have to remember to feed them or keep them in shape. She also makes them immortal.

But what to do about Nocturna and Catwoman? They love Batman but are also very greedy.
