Everyone wears diapers during their teen years.

Kagami swung her banto, and then she swung it again. Her mother sat in a nearby bench as she carefully listened for any flaws in her form.

Kagami breathed in through her nose, then out through her mouth as she ended the kata. She felt her underwear grown warm and wet as a lingering pressure in her body laxed, but she paid it no mind.

Normal diapers lasted longer, but they were bulky and made walking harder. When she was in training or in a competition, she wore her specialized sports pull-up. Its padding was thin, so while it couldn't hold much, it was ideal when she needed to be quick and agile.

Like other teens her age, Kagami wasn't potty-trained. Potty-training age differed between cultures, but in France and Japan, 19 was usually the age people started toilet training. Until that time, Kagami and her peers wore diapers.
