Councilwomen in need(Lulu Liang and Natalie Alvarez)

In Bellwood City Hall, in the middle of day-to-day government business, two local Councilwomen were brainstorming what could Bellwood do attract more touristic appeal, besides the festival of the eponymous Giant Bell of Wood, Bellwood lacks few unique characteristics or natural attractions, being mostly a semi-industrious city that fed to major cities in the region, but that left local Councilwoman Natalie Alvarez musing what to do to increase the appeal of her city.

"It's so difficult, several events are booked in other cities and summer just started, we need something with the tourist coming to the more temperate weather" exclaimed Natalie a very busty woman in a light purple suit and a white shirt that leave open a generous cleavage, she also wears caravans and a pearl necklace business suit

"That's something to take advantage of, isn't it? the new downtown development plan will not be fully developed if we can't get more revenue for the local business" added Lulu Liang, the councilwoman who spearhead say development plan, she is dressed in a blue executive outfit with a baby blue shirt that leave a generous cleavage open with a pencil skirt, heels, gold earrings, and a gold necklace.

"Yeah I know Lulu, but after the Bellwood Festival post the end of the school season our schedule gets empty all the way till Labour day, we lack a big event for the summer, something would make Bellwood be visited more than a pit stop for tourists going to the big cities or salespersons" sighed, Natalie

"Yeah but I wonder what could be" mused Liang.

"I Think i have the answer to your predicament ladies" exclaimed a mysterious yet very sultry voice.

"Who are you" exclaimed both councilwomen just as they noticed their sudden newest guest, a tall buxom blonde haired woman with blue eyes, she looked like the stereotypical white woman and how she was dressed, she was dressed like a sexual version of a cowgirl straight from an erortic movie, wearing a red string bikini, a blue cowboy vest, a white cowboy hat and black and silver cowboy boots. Plus her semblance she radiates erotism Yet determination and power, and walks to them in such sensual Yet fierce way into them

"Let me introduce myself girls, I'm Calamity Jones and both will talk that old fart of a major to name me as the lead organizer of the biggest July 4th party this country will ever meet" exclaimed with an extremly thick texans accent yet with such fierce determination make both ladies to stop their plan to call security and listen to her with all ears.

"Yeah what event come next from the school vacations? nothing more that the celebration of our Independence, and when the capital and Philadelphia always take all the attention, if both of you girls work together alongside me, we will make Bellwood the most patriotic town of the country in the leading days to the big day itself too" Exclaimed a very excited Calamity

Both Councilwomen were shocked, something such obvious event was in the front of their noses yet the local inferiority complex didn't make them, they decided to keep the very sexual cowgirl keep talking

AN: I know that Liang is not from Bellwood but she is very convenient and Natalie Alvarez was just an event manager but bumped to Councilwoman Alongside Liang to make it was a massive plan. Give Liang the Name Lulu to give her a more western name over lily I forgot about aunt Lily lol.
