It’s Nami

Nami came into view with a huge smile on her face that terrified Luffy, even though he couldn't move at the moment due to the dart. Nami turned and looked at the camera sitting on the tripod and then back at Luffy while shaking her head.

"I'm so disappointed in you, Luffy. If you wanted to stay up longer, even into the night, to start doing some photos, you should have told me. I want to help you achieve your dream of being the world's sexiest model after all, you can always be honest with me."

The fact that Nami wasn't showing the rage she felt at him trying to run away, but instead act as if Luffy wanted to pose for photos made Luffy even more scared than he would've been if she had yelled at him. Nami walked to the camera and tripod and picked it up and moved it to take another picture.

Luffy was helpless as the camera took differrent pictures of him in his nightie while Nami would continuously move it to get diffrent angles, including even making sure to show his back.
