Lauren.

"How are you doing, Jon?" Lauren asked when Jonathan walked up to the three women at the fire pit.

"I've had worse nights," he smirked. "Are the two of you okay to walk?"

The two doctors nodded.

"Good enough for me to escort the two of you back to your suites?"

"But then we wouldn't be carried by you!" Cindy whined.

Jonathan sighed. "Fine..."

"I'll go first!" Lauren chirped before her colleague could respond. She had expected Cindy to be upset but the obstetrician-gynecologist smiled. She stood up and immediately felt light-headed but luckily Jonathan caught her in his arms. "Thanks, Jon!"

"Yeah, it's for the best I carry you back to your suite," he smiled, not noticing Lauren's wink at the other two women as he lifted her up. "I'll be back in a bit."

"I'm not going anywhere," Cindy replied. She waved at her crewmates while they headed towards the door.

"Thanks for everything, Jon," Lauren smiled, resting her head on his shoulder.

"That's why I'm a doctor slash Navy SEAL," he said, pressing the elevator button.

"And an astronaut!" she giggled.

"Who's going to be stuck underground for a couple years instead of being in outer space," he noted with a tinge of sadness in his voice.

"Hey, you'll get your flight assignment for your spaceflight mission after the project is over!" Lauren assured him.

"Can you guarantee that?" he asked just as the elevator doors opened.

"Hane and I will put in a good word in for you," she smiled, leaning over to press the button for the fifth floor. "Besides six months on the space station with six other astronauts will be nothing compared what you're going to go through with us!"

"Well, if tonight is of any indication of things to come..." he chuckled.

"We'll see," she smirked.

"Oh God, the triplets..." he sighed. "Was it your idea to have them in the program?"

"I was only one member of the selection committee..." she shrugged.

"Right..."

"They'll be very interesting to study."

"They're definitely interesting..." he muttered.

"Oh?"

"Physically they're almost identical..."

"You can tell them apart?"

"You didn't notice their tattoos?"

"I didn't stare at their bodies if that's what you're implying."

"Me neither, it was just my Navy SEALs training..."

"Well, ignoring the epigenetic and environmental variations that has had influenced physical differences between the three I'm slowly figuring out each of their personalities."

"You don't see very tipsy..." he noted.

"I am," Lauren retorted by sticking out her tongue at him.

Then the elevator bell dinged.

"You have your key card?" Jonathan asked as he stepped out into the hallway with Lauren in his arms.

"Yes," she nodded and reached into her bathrobe pocket, causing her left breast to be exposed.

"I didn't see anything," he stated, staring forward down the hall as he walked towards her suite that was next to his.

"Always the gentleman," she smiled, swiping her key card to unlock her door.

"You're also my boss..."

"True, so I could order you around then!" she laughed.

"Do you need to be tucked in?" he asked as he set her down on the bed.

"Only if you want to..." Lauren winked while removing her bathrobe.

Jonathan turned his head in decorum to give her a sense of modesty, only to find himself covered by her bathrobe. He freed himself to find her find her already under the blanket. Rolling his eyes, he grabbed a bottle of water from the mini-fridge and placed it on the nightstand along with her bikini top.

"Good night, Dr. Cheung."

"Good night, Dr. Lee."

"One more to go!" Jonathan sighed as he closed the door behind him and anxiously headed back to the rooftop pool.
