Holy shit!” you think to yourself. Here is a gorgeous brunette in her mid-twenties hitting on you with her fiancé waiting for her in the cart.

“I, uh, I…” you stutter in response.

“Your too cute,” she says with a giggle. “What, don’t you find me attractive? I saw you staring at my ass on the first tee box.”

“Damn,” you say sheepishly, realizing you had been caught.

“Don’t be ashamed,” she says, “I like the attention and hope you enjoyed the show!”

“Oh, I enjoyed it alright,” you reply with a sly grin. “Pink is one of my favorite colors, after all!” All the while thinking, “there’s the ol’ flirty game you used to have.”

She giggles at your comment and says with a wink, “if your lucky there’s more pink for you too see!” With this, you feel an uncomfortable stir in your shorts.

You see your buddy John coming over to take your drink order and decide you need to tone down the flirting. “Hey, Ryan, who is your friend?” asks John.

“This is Melanie,” you reply. “She was in the twosome you paired me up with earlier.”

“Nice to meet you, Melanie,” says John. “So, what can I get you two to drink?”

“Can you make a Tequila Sunrise?” asks Melanie.

“Sure thing,” says John to Melanie with a smile. Turning to you he asks, “How about for you ol’ pal?”

“Do you have Soft Parade?” you ask.

John gives you a questioning look and asks, “Did you just ask for a soft parade? It’s been a minute but I don’t remember that being your style Ryan.”

“It’s for Matt, Melanie’s fiancé,” you say.

“Oh, okay. Well, we don’t have that but we just got the Summer Shandy in this week.” he replied.

“Nah. He’ll just take a Mike’s then.” you say. “And make me a tall Jack and Coke!”

“Hard front nine?” he asks in return.

“Something like that,” you say in reply.

“Well, I’ll make it for you but don’t tell Sarah. I don’t want to get in trouble with her later.” he says.

“Eighteen bucks,” he says as he passes you the drinks. “And don’t forget to tip your bartender, you cheap son of a bitch,” he says jokingly.

You hand him a one hundred dollar bill even though you had smaller bills in your pocket. It was a bit of a power move on your part since Melanie was watching this interaction.

“That’s quite the generous tip!” he says. “But what will Sarah think of you dropping this kinda cash on drinks?”

You just roll your eyes and ask him for your change. “Make sure you give me a few bucks in quarters, I need tip my bartender after all!” you say to him jokingly.

He makes the change, you leave him a noticeably generous tip then grab the drinks and head toward the carts. On your way, Melanie asks, “So, who’s this Sarah John kept mentioning?”
